The human spirit is begging for a path back to authentic community

Welcome to Poem Pals

Real mail, real poems, real connection.

Hi, I’m Andi—a poet who believes magic still lives in the mailbox.

Every month, I send out postcard poems—written at my kitchen table and mailed to kind strangers like you. Poem Pals started as a free art project rooted in creativity, curiosity, and connection. It’s not about algorithms or ads. It’s about slowing down, making something by hand, and sharing beauty with each other.

Want to receive a monthly poem in the mail? It’s free—but there’s a twist.
I ask that you send something back: a doodle, a note, a leaf, a quote, a recipe, a line of your own poetry.
Creativity is the currency.

You can mail me a postcard, craft your own, or send a message digitally if that’s easier, you don’t even have to send it to me, pass the magic onto someone else just let me know you are participating!
This project is a conversation—not a broadcast.

Creativity is the currency we use here, and I wish that was universal,
but the expenses of maintaining the website, printing postcards, postage, and the time I invest add up quickly. While a monthly donation is suggested, it’s not required. Every little bit helps keep this project going, and I’m so grateful for your support.
